St. Louis Carondelet Park Deeds

The following content is not a full accounting of all deeds associated with Carondelet Park and in no way should be considered a title search. Missouri Recorders of Deeds are prohibited from conducting title searches.



  Each of the 1875 Carondelet Park deeds contains the following or very similar- "for the uses and purposes of a Public Park, for the People forever, according to the true intent, object and purpose of an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, entitled: an Act to establish Carondelet Park, approved March 27, 1874."
