  • Under each Signature, the Party's Name Must Be Legibly Typed or Legibly Printed sufficient for electronic or microfilm preservation and reproduction of a legible copy.

  • Signature Name and Typed/Printed Name must be the person's Legal Name.

  • Signature Name and Typed/Printed Name Must the Same.
